Performance Qualification phase is coming after the IQ and OQ. All concerned equipments : pumps , reactors, mixers, heat exchangers, pipes, valves… must be connected to customer grid and utility networks, must feature fluid presence in order to perform a proper test and at full production capacity.
All the defined nominal points must be reached: speed, pressure, flow... Tests are performed to reach mini and maxi possible and running points of the installation in order to cover all the range.
DG SKID assist its customers thru the PQ phase and performs required tests for the manufactured equipments.
